FAQ
1. What is Flarenet and what do you actually do?
Flarenet is a High-Velocity Technical Aggregator. We build the “Spark-Link”—an encrypted, optimized technical bridge that connects your storefront directly to elite, pre-vetted third-party payment gateways. We handle the routing, the API handshakes, and the security integration so your business can start processing payments instantly.
2. Do you hold my money?
Never. We are an infrastructure firm, not a financial institution. Flarenet operates on a “Zero-Touch” model. We build the pipeline, but we never touch the water. Your funds, settlements, and digital wallets remain under your exclusive control at the gateway level.
3. Why is Flarenet faster than other integrators?
Speed is our core metric. Most integrators take weeks to map your tech stack; we use our “Spark-Scan” protocol to audit and deploy your bridge in record time. We don’t believe in “waiting lists”—if your business qualifies, we spark the connection immediately.
4. How does the "Spark-Link" security work?
Our bridges are built with In-Transit Encryption. When a transaction occurs, the data is pushed through an isolated “Spark-Tunnel” directly to the gateway. Because our system is architected for zero-retention, we do not log, store, or view your customer’s financial data. Once the spark travels through the tunnel, it vanishes from our servers.
5. Can you guarantee my merchant account will be approved?
No. Flarenet guarantees the technical performance and reliability of the bridge. Whether your business is approved by a gateway depends on the gateway’s own underwriting policies. However, our internal “Rapid-Audit” process is specifically designed to match you with the gateway that has the highest probability of accepting your specific business profile.
6. What is the Flarenet "Zero-Refund" policy?
Our service fee covers the intellectual property, custom routing, and technical labor required to build your Spark-Link. Once our team has initiated your audit and begun the deployment process, the infrastructure is being actively built. Because our work is high-velocity and resource-intensive, our fees are non-refundable once the bridge activation has commenced.
7. What happens if my Spark-Link goes down?
We offer 24/7 technical surveillance. If our monitoring detects a “spark-out,” our engineers are automatically notified to reroute your traffic to a secondary node in our network, ensuring your business stays live without interruption.
