Because our service relies on immediate technical deployment and rapid-fire API handshakes, our cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain the speed and integrity of our ecosystem.

1. The “Spark-Link” Activation Point

Our technical service is considered “Initiated” the moment you complete your initial consultation and we begin the technical audit of your storefront. Our service is considered “Fully Rendered” the moment the “Spark-Link” bridge is verified, tested, and handed over for live operation.

2. No-Refund Policy

All professional fees for the architecting, vetting, and deployment of a Flarenet “Spark-Link” are final and non-refundable. * Reasoning: Our value is delivered in the intellectual effort, proprietary routing logic, and technical time invested to build your custom bridge. Once that bridge is live or testing has commenced, we cannot recover the specialized labor or infrastructure resources deployed for your project.

3. Cancellation Requests

  • Within 1 Hour: If you have initiated a project but realize you need to cancel within 60 minutes of the initial payment—and provided no technical work has been started—we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund minus a 20% “Rapid-Audit” fee to cover administrative overhead.
  • Post-Audit Cancellation: Once the Flarenet technical team has begun your storefront audit, the project is considered active. Cancellations at this stage will result in the forfeiture of all paid fees.

4. Third-Party Gateway Discretion

Flarenet acts as the architect of the bridge, not the owner of the financial highway. If a third-party payment gateway rejects your application or terminates your merchant account after our Spark-Link has been successfully deployed, Flarenet is not liable for a refund. Our service is the technical connection; we are not responsible for the business decisions of the third-party providers you choose.

5. Termination of Service

Flarenet reserves the right to terminate your “Spark-Link” access immediately if:

  • You engage in fraudulent activity.
  • You violate our “Terms & Conditions” regarding prohibited business activities.
  • You attempt to modify or bypass the security protocols of the bridge. In these instances, all payments made to Flarenet are non-refundable.

6. How to Communicate Changes

Requests regarding your project status must be sent via your registered account email to support@flarenet.site. We do not accept cancellation requests via social media or unauthorized third-party messaging apps.
