By accessing and utilizing the Flarenet.site aggregation platform, you (the “Merchant”) enter into a binding technical services agreement with Flarenet. These terms govern the deployment of our “Spark-Link” infrastructure.
1. The Service: Spark-Link Infrastructure
Flarenet provides a high-velocity technical interface that aggregates authorized third-party payment gateways.
- Technical Scope: Our service is strictly limited to the architectural delivery of a “Spark-Link”—the redirection and technical handshake between your storefront and a gateway.
- Non-Financial Role: Flarenet is a Technology Service Provider. We do not hold funds, provide digital wallets, process merchant settlements, or function as a licensed financial institution.
- “Zero-Touch” Integrity: Flarenet acts only as the conduit. At no stage of the transaction process does Flarenet take custody of your capital.
2. Merchant Obligations
- Operational Integrity: You warrant that your business is legally registered and compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Prohibited Use: You shall not use the Spark-Link bridge for high-risk illicit trade, money laundering, or the facilitation of unauthorized financial activities.
- Verification: You agree to provide accurate, truthful data during our rapid-audit vetting phase.
3. Technical Performance & Fees
- Spark-Link Fee: Fees for our service are determined by the technical complexity and volume routing required.
- Completion of Service: The Flarenet service is considered “Fully Rendered” the moment the technical bridge is successfully verified and the handshake with your selected gateway is established.
- No-Refund Policy: Because our value is delivered via the successful deployment of proprietary technical infrastructure, service fees are non-refundable once the bridge is live.
4. Liability & Gateway Independence
- Gateway Decisions: Flarenet does not guarantee the approval of your merchant account by third-party gateways. Approval is solely at the discretion of the financial institution.
- System Uptime: We strive for peak performance; however, Flarenet is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party gateway outages, ISPs, or global network latency.
- Security Responsibility: While Flarenet ensures the integrity of the “Spark-Link,” the ongoing security of the merchant account and transaction data within the gateway’s environment is subject to the gateway’s own terms.
5. Termination of Spark
Flarenet reserves the right to terminate your access to the bridge immediately if:
- Your activity triggers an automated fraud alert.
- You attempt to reverse-engineer our routing protocols.
- You violate any local or international regulations governing digital commerce.
6. Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the technical services provided shall be resolved through binding, high-speed arbitration.
